• Luxury Sedan cancellations must be made at least three hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. All other vehicles in our fleet must be made at least 48 hours prior. Late cancellation is subject to the full charge of the trip (NO SHOW) including all tolls and parking fees.
• If you made a round-trip reservation, and would like to cancel it, please remember to cancel each end of the trip separately.

• Quality 1 Car Service can be requested on an hourly basis subject to a minimum number of hours and distance limitations, as outlined below:

• Upon arrival at the airport, you will need to contact Quality 1 Car Service at 617-491-0929 and our trained staff will assist you with directions to your driver. In order to avoid being charged a No-Show fee, please do not leave the designated meeting location without notifying us.
• We constantly monitor and update flight arrival information. We are in contact with the Airlines through our phone and web service. There will be no waiting charges for the first 25 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights, or for the first 45 minutes after the touchdown of all international flights.

• Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between the actual landing time and a passenger getting into your reserved Quality 1 vehicle. After a twenty-five (25) minute grace period on all domestic trips or a forty-five (45) minute grace period on all international flights, there is a $1.00 per minute charge while your chauffeur is waiting.

• There will be no charge for waiting time for the first 10 minutes. Any additional waiting time is billed at $1.00 per minute.
